Easystand Bantam Curved-Pad Lateral Supports — 8″–12″, Compatible With Planar Back Only

The PT50008 Lateral Supports are designed to provide side-to-side (lateral) trunk stability for users of the EasyStand Bantam. These supports consist of a pair of curved pads mounted on adjustable brackets, which help maintain a centered, upright midline position. They are specifically engineered to assist users who lean to one side or have difficulty maintaining trunk alignment while standing.

Curved Pad Shape: The pads are contoured to follow the natural shape of the user’s ribcage or trunk, providing a secure and comfortable hold.

Width Adjustability: The brackets allow for a width range of 8″ to 12″ (20–30cm), enabling a snug fit that can be adjusted as the child grows or as clothing thickness changes.

Planar Back Compatibility: These supports are designed specifically for use with Planar (flat) backrests. The flat surface of the planar back provides the necessary foundation for the hardware to slide and lock into the correct position.

Midline Stability: By providing firm contact points on both sides of the torso, these supports prevent lateral shifting and encourage symmetrical weight bearing.
