Whether you’re chasing race car performance or an aesthetic way to protect your front bumper, a front splitter is a functional modification that if designed well can improve down-force and reduce drag.
Designed to suit a 6mm(~1/4″) thick splitter panel, the CMP front splitter mounts have been specially designed to navigate the factory crash reo, brake ducts and rad shrouding to eliminate the need for any other components to be removed, cut or modified to fit. With a wide primary bar and additional hangers from the front guards, panel droop is not an issue.
Our chassis mounts have undergone thorough analysis with many Finite Element Analysis (FEA) iterations in order to maximise strength and minimise weight. Made from only 2mm steel to minimise bumper push out, our tests have proven that our chassis mounts can support a combine weight of 200kg (440lb) without yielding with the aluminium components having the strength to match.
